Services
Phoenix SEO Company provides search engine optimization, local SEO, content marketing, web design, link building, and related digital marketing services. Services are delivered by Salterra Digital Services as the operating entity behind Phoenix SEO Company.
Engagement & Scope
All engagements are documented in a written scope of work signed by both parties. The scope defines deliverables, timelines, pricing, and any specific terms applicable to your engagement.
Month-to-Month Engagements
SEO retainers and ongoing services are month-to-month with no long-term contractual lock-in. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing (email is fine).
Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. Late payment may result in service suspension. We accept ACH, credit card, and check. Recurring engagements may use auto-billing arrangements documented in your scope.
Intellectual Property
Content, code, and assets created specifically for your engagement become your property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, processes, and frameworks remain ours and may not be replicated.
Performance & Results
SEO results depend on many factors outside any agency’s control — Google’s algorithm, competitor actions, market conditions. While we have a strong track record, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. Any agency that does is misleading you.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public business information shared during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally. The latest version is always available at this URL with the “Last updated” date.
